I can’t think of anything else that compares with this incredible game that is so easy to take wherever you want to take it.

This is the perfect pack it up and go set on the market. It is great to play and have fun in so many places. You can play this in any backyard or field that is available. And it’s perfect before the game. It’s incredible to play at halftime. You can play it after your favorite team clobbers their opponent. That makes for a perfect day.

The scoring is very easy, and the rules come with each kit. I also included them below.
RULES of the GAME-The Football Game
The first thing you will do is set the chairs about 40 feet apart. You can adjust according to skill level. You can play 1 on 1. If you want, you can play up to 4 on 4. You can wait out the sides as you see fit. 1 on left, 3 on right for example. Thing to remember; you must maintain at least 1 on each side for 2 or more sized teams.
POINT SCORING:
If you hit the chair on a fly, you will get 3 points. When you throw the ball into the basket it is a touchdown. You will get 6 points.
DEFENSE: Defending team will earn 3 points if they catch a rebound from the chair. Remember that they must catch it before it hits the ground. Also, the defending team must allow the ball to hit the chair first. If they return the ball, the Defense can come to play and where they are 2 hand touch are downed, they get to throw the ball towards the chair for points. 1 Attempt.
Switch sides when the leading team reaches 12 pts, 24 pts, 36 pts, 48 pts First team to reach 54 wins! (Gotta win by 2). Losing team gets one last chance at it: one throw.
AFTER SCORING A TOUCHDOWN:
Kick the ball from the T. It is worth 1 point if you get it through the uprights. It is called a “FITZ” If it lands in the bucket. If this happens the kicking team wins instantly. GAME IS OVER.
The ball becomes in play if the KICK is wide right or wide left. Defense can catch and return for points.
HAIL MARY:
If a team is losing at 54 or greater, they will have one last chance.
- First, you need to determine the paces. All you do is subtract the winning score by the losing score. (Example: 54-36 = 18) (18 paces away from your goal).
- You place your back against your goal and take 18 paces away from goal and turn around to face your opponent’s goal.
- The game is tied if any part of the chair or goal post is hit on the fly from the Hail Mary pass.
- You win if a touchdown is thrown from the Hail Mary pass. If you miss, it is a loss.
HOW IT BEGAN OVER 30 YEARS AGO
This is truly an incredible game created by Mike and Frank Silva. They would go out to play after Thanksgiving Dinner and set up 2 garbage cans at a distance from each other and throw a ball into the can to make a point. The first one who scored 54 would be the winner. The number 54 was just a number out of the blue. The neighbors started coming over and it just took off from there. Because this is so much fun you will want to play it every chance you get. The entertainment value is by far one of the best we have seen. These are built so well; they will last lifetimes. And will be sure to be a hit for so many occasions.
